How do I apply for a 30-Day Trade Account?
Download the ‘Trade Application Form’ via the Trade Application tab at the bottom of our website.
Can I open a Trade account with WSBS?
Yes. We offer 30-Day Trade accounts however you need to hold a current Australian Business Number (ABN) to apply for one.
Once you have submitted the form a decision will be made clear to you within 5-7 business days if you have been approved or rejected.
What are the benefits for opening a 30-Day Trade account?
If your application is approved, you will have 30-day end of month payment terms, which will help with your cash flow.
We also provide you with project-based costings for our products.
Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we provide delivery and can deliver direct to site for some products.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and what stock is available. We will confirm this with you as soon as possible.
Can I get a discount for buying in bulk?
Yes, we are more than happy to supply discounts on large purchases depending on the products purchased. Please call us on (02) 8321 9284 to get a discount.
Is it possible to purchase products that are out of stock?
Most products on the site cannot be ordered unless they are in stock.
However, there are some products which we don’t always keep in stock that can be pre-ordered over the phone or by email. Whereas out of stock products relative to supplier stock shortage(s) can be pre-ordered over the phone or by email with a wait timeline.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFT, Cheque and cash.
Also, we accept split tender in store.
In-store payments will incur a 1.6% surcharge on all card types as mentioned above.
