Ancon KSN Anchor Box

The Ancon KSN Anchor Box is a galvanized steel casing pre-installed with KSN Anchors at the specified design spacing, ensuring precise alignment and robust performance. The casing is sealed at each end to prevent concrete ingress and features dimples for a secure bond with the concrete.

Once the formwork is removed, the casing remains embedded in the wall, with the cover protecting the threads from contamination. The cover is removed to install the threaded bars, and the rebate formed by the boxes is filled with concrete when the adjoining slab is poured. This method provides an additional 36mm of embedment for the KSN Anchors, offering the highest load capacity installation method available and making it suitable for moment connections.
